Civitatis reviews
We show you the latest reviews from customers who have booked with Civitatis. All reviews are from customers who have booked and travelled with us. When a traveler completes an activity, we send them an email for them to rate the service. In this way, we can improve the quality we offer. Our own opinions, which are the most valuable to know what to expect from each service, we also receive reviews on external websites such as eKomi or Trustpilot. On these sites, anyone can give their opinion, whether they have traveled or not, and the comments are usually more generic, for example, about customer service.
Jean-David was an an excellent guide. Very personable, very knowledgable with the right amount of explanation to keep things moving. Good balance of history and culture, and good selection of places visited and suggestions for ways to spend the afternoon.
Tom was a wonderful guide and gave us many interesting facts about Paris and some great tips to make our visit easier. Highly recommend this as an excellent way to get oriented at the beginning of your stay in Paris. Five stars
Excellent tour. Tom gave an extensive and thoughtful tour of old Munich with historical insights. We covered a lot of ground but were given a break so it didn’t feel rushed. I would highly recommend his tour!
Tiago was an amazing, knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide combining his passsions to walk us around the city. It was very nice to hear him combining architecture, history, art and tourism with his own personal story. We did enjoyed our honeymoon with him at the best activity to do in Porto. We will return to complete all his recommendations!!
El guia fue muy simpatico, super amable y se notaba que sabia mucho. Ademas de super gusto por Milan.
Es un tour con bastante historia, tenganlo en cuenta y un poco extenso, aunque a nosotros se nos paso rapido.
