With this ticket to the NEMO Science Museum, you'll enter the largest science centre in the Netherlands. Enjoy exhibitions related to gravity, magnetism and other phenomena. Don't miss out!

Why Visit the NEMO Science Museum?

If you're in Amsterdam and you like science, be sure to grab a ticket to the NEMO Science Museum, the most important of its kind in the Netherlands. Designed by the renowned architect Renzo Piano, this original space opened in 1997. It is notable for its distinctive boat shape and its copper-coloured façade, which, over time, has taken on a distinctive greenish hue.

Ready to discover all that lies within? This interactive museum has 5 floors packed with exhibits and experiments that make science and technology accessible and exciting for visitors of all ages.

At the museum, you'll be able to dive into different scientific theories, from exploring DNA to understanding physical phenomena such as gravity and magnetism. Some of the exhibitions available are Technium, Science throughout the Ages or Water Power. You can also enjoy activities in the Laboratory, Maker Space or Chain Reaction. Which one will you like best?

Although the museum is especially geared towards children and young people, adults will also find fascinating activities and demonstrations to keep learning. A visit to the NEMO Science Museum is an ideal plan for families looking to enjoy an educational experience together.

To round off your visit, you can go up to the museum's rooftop terrace, which offers stunning panoramic views of Amsterdam. Photo moment!
